The simple ladyfinger is an integral part of Indian cuisine and is a favorite of most vegetarians. Often people find it difficult to get the exact taste for this very regular Indian curry. Here is a simple way of cooking a very tasty and palatable ladyfinger based Indian curry
Ingredients
300gm ladiesfinger
1 onion
1 tomato
1 potato
Seasoning
1 tsp mustard seeds or rai
1tsp chilli powder
1tsp coriander powder or dhania powder
1tsp cumin powder/ jeera powder
3 tbsp of oil
Salt to taste
Take a frying pan and pour the oil in it. Let the mustard seeds splutter. Add the onion, tomatoes, ladyfinger cut and potato diced together. Keep frying in high flame and close it after four minutes. Let it simmer in low flame . Take off the lid and your Indian curry is ready. Serve hot with roti.
